Staff were wonderful and good with my son for his first cleaning. Would love to see more things in the kid waiting area though and a kid friendly room for the cleanings. The office is very nice for adults, but could be more inviting for children to put them at ease. Big chairs and dental equipment make adults nervous so it was understandable that he was very closed off for the experience. The TV in the cleaning room helped a lot though and let him watch kids shows during the cleaning. Maybe just have a colorful room with animals on the walls like the waiting area?
